Our Service Plans

We have designed service plans that meet the requirements of Accounting Firms as per their size and the different operational methods they engage in.

Full Time Virtual
Accountant Model

Full-time dedicated resource working all business hours of the client.

  • Fixed Monthly Fee
  • Virtual accountants work 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday exclusively for the client.
  • Hours are reported on Tsheets and shared with clients weekly so they have details of time spent on each job.
  • Virtual accountants receive 20 annual leaves.
  • Senior Managers provide back-end support when required by virtual accountant

Fixed-Hours Model

Dedicated resource working fixed weekly hours as requested by client.

  • Cost per Hour, billed monthly
  • Virtual accountants work fixed weekly hours on pre decided days.
  • Hours are reported on Tsheets and shared with clients weekly so they have details of time spent on each job.
  • Leaves are not accounted for in the fixed hours schedule.
  • Senior Managers provide back-end support when required by virtual accountant.

Ad Hoc Model

Resources assigned on job-to-job basis.

  • Cost per Project, billed job to job
  • Deadline based commitment (completion depends on the complexity of the job and other ad hoc assignments the resource pool is working on).
  • Leaves are not accounted for in the fixed hours schedule.
  • The hours are clock on Tsheets and shared with clients weekly so they have details of time spent on each job.
